In America, over 54.3 million people suffer from hunger. Unfortunately, this includes 18 million children. To put that into perspective, one in four children in the United States are food-insecure.
As you may know, the Coronavirus pandemic has hit America hard this year. Consequently, many in our communities have become unable to afford food. Since 2018, national hunger has sky-rocketed 63%. Those suffering from food-insecurity need your help the most right now.
Monarch butterflies symbolize change and transformation. With monarch butterflies being the face of our business, we strive to bring change. A portion of our proceeds are donated to the San Diego Food Bank, as it is our goal to bring meals to the tables of as many as we can in our community. With your help, we plan to meet our goal of 5,000 meals.
